I am a happy individual and I LOVE life. Some people say that I am too passionate about the things that are dear to me but I say..."Hey! You only live once!" I love to write about very simple things like the people and things that I have observed, childhood and teenage memories, about love and marriage etc. I am also into quite alot of poetry writing these days. Enjoy reading my fellow readers and fans. ;)

How Are You Feeling?

I heard that you are not feeling well
you have a fever and your back's giving you hell
my poor baby please don't despair
for you'll get better, you're in my prayers

I hope you are better when you wake up this morning
I was so anxious, I stayed up all night worrying
If only I was there with you, taking care of you and nursing
be there for you at your beck and calling

So helpless am I seeing you from the outside
unable to care for you, and pamper you from the inside
This is the time when you need me the most
but I am not there...so far away from coast to coast

I wish I could take all your pain away
and kiss your lips and with you I'll stay
I can't right now and you know that my sweetheart
but you are always in my thoughts and in my heart

I know you'll be better in a day or two
you'll be back to normal and breezing through
You have to work hard it goes without saying
but your HEALTH too is IMPORTANT, it's a fact
you CAN'T keep ignoring

Take care my love, oh how I care for you!
How much I'm suffering here if only you knew!
Please look after yourself...this you MUST DO
YOU MATTER to me most because I LOVE YOU.

She loves and cares for him so much. What a caring woman. I felt so touched reading this.

He's just having a fever and backache and she's talking like he's so seriously sick!
I guess she just wants to pamper him that's all.
Good poem.

Another good poem Neneps. So brought out the character of the woman very well. I can definitley see that she truly is in agony of being able to care for him. They are both far away from each other.

I like the way you describe the way she feels about her situation.

Very good writing.
