To all my dear readers and fans. Thank you so much for your comments on all my poems. I truly appreciate your opinion and flow of thoughts about my work. Having said that, I am sad to say that some irresponsible individuals have made appalling comments on not my poems but about me.
I am referring to my poem,"Battle of The Bulge". Please be reminded that I am NOT the characters that I portray in my poems. Therefore, the character in the poem mentioned above does not refer to me.
What I feel very bad about is the fact that my poem has become a social ground to prejudices mainly on women who are not petite. My intention was certainly not that. This poem is supposed to motivate all those who are struggling to lose weight and to find that one person or thing that will help them to follow through on their weight loss programmes and achieve their target weights.
Needless to say, there are some bad hats around who take this opportunity to write what they like. I decided not to delete their comments because I am hoping that others will read them and reply to them and I am also curious to know what they are going to say. I'd like to thank HF for standing by me and telling it like it is to some unpleasant comments that were made about me. Thanks again HF. You don't know how much your comment means to me. Thanks for standing by me.
